Dotpay complies with legal requirements indispensable to act as a settlement agent which is specified in detail in the Act on Electronic Payment Instruments of 12.09.2002 (Journal of Laws of 11.10.2002, no. 169, pos. 1385 as amended). The Company also has the approval of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority no.: IP14/2013, to act as a Payment Institution. Requirements for entities providing payment services are specified in the Payment Services Act of 19 August 2011 (Journal of Laws of 19 August 2002, No. 199 item 1175, as amended).
